New Year, New Experience Kickoff Event Brings Community and SAPD Together

As the new year begins, Against All Odds Rise (AAOR) is proud to host its first event of 2025: the New Year, New Experience Kickoff. This exciting and inspiring event is designed to unite the community and local law enforcement in meaningful dialogue, fostering trust, understanding, and collaboration.

The event will take place on January 16th, 2025, at the Miller's Pond Community Center. Doors open at 5:30 PM, and a FREE dinner will be served at 6:00 PM for all attendees. Families, friends, and neighbors are encouraged to join this gathering to enjoy great food, engaging conversations, and an evening of connection.

What to Expect:

• Shared Values Dialogue: Attendees will participate in a unique activity where they identify their top personal value and connect with others who share similar values. These small group discussions provide a platform to share personal experiences and build deeper understanding.

• SAPD Community Efforts: Representatives from the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) will share inspiring success stories and updates on their ongoing efforts to support the community.

• Raffle Prizes: As a special treat, attendees will have the chance to win exciting raffle prizes throughout the evening!
